In 1988 he joined the Portland-based 12-piece show band, 5 Guys Named Moe where he still delights audiences with his talent. Hornbuckle, the Kicks Band, Jackson/Mills Big Band, Portland Saxophone Quartet and the Woody Hite Big Band. He has worked on recordings featuring the California Raisins, Linda Hornbuckle with No Delay, Portland Saxophone Quartet, the Kicks Band and others.
