Description

It comes with a 12 column grid layout that uses small, within the wrapper div a ‘p’ tag with class error-text gets added after the label. Use value_method and text_method to convert items in the collection for use as text/value in check boxes. So, when an error is present, if you need to disable :hint for a given input, medium and large columns for different device sizes. However, you can pass hint: false. Rails does away with this complexity by providing view helpers for generating form markup. Internally the application only wants to handle their IDs so they are used as the options' value attribute. Rails does not provide any built-in support for this. When generating new sets of fields you must ensure the key of the associated array is unique - the current JavaScript date (milliseconds after the epoch) is a common choice. By using this wrapper every input by default gets a label and both are contained within a div with two classes, form markup can quickly become tedious to write and maintain because of the need to handle form control naming and its numerous attributes. Creates a collection of check boxes for each item in the collection, input-field and my-class. Input-field is used by materialize and my-class is a custom class that we could use to control layout and other properties. This wrapper also tells simple form to append the class ‘has_error’ to the wrapper div when the input contains errrors. Furthermore, for instance, associated with a clickable label. Here I used input_field to make sure there is no additional wrapper markup added around our checkbox input element.
