Whilst I am having no problems with the handles breaking as others are or the sharpness of the knives, I am having problems with the knives almost instantly beginning to rust within a week of usage. What a piece of rubbish, I am not even going to bother with the warranty as I certainly do not ever want to use baccarat knives again. I ever purchase. Can't even cut fruits. Can't stay sharp. The kmart special is better quality. It sad because these knives were 6 times the price of the kmart ones. The baccarat have rust spots and cracked handles and one broke to day reveling a rusted inside. The knifes have trouble cutting through simple vegetables and the small pear knife has gone rusty after a week. Took them back to the store and the lady said they need regular sharping. Any items not returned in as new condition will be sent back at buyers cost. This is separate to any warranty claims and only applies to change of mind returns.
