The expansive Crown entertainment precinct stretches across the equivalent of two city blocks. Premium dining at Number 8, Koko, or Silks offers an incredible experience and atmosphere. The Centre allows for up to 840 delegates with two main plenary rooms, 16 breakout rooms, a dedicated exhibition space, exclusive group registration areas and four barista-style cafes. Promenade Room caters for up to 660 delegates theatre-style or 330 delegates classroom-style. The Palladium at Crown is Australia's premier ballroom, designed to impress and inspire and is the venue of choice for some of Australia's most prestigious events. The food is fresh, tasty and plenty of it. The beverages were a nice touch with soft drinks and a bottle of white and red wine. The pizza making class was fun, especially making the pizza base fit the pizza tin and then filling it with toppings. The event was great, with Arts Centre staff ensuring all went smoothly, particularly the AV/IT team - they could not do enough for us and their pricing was extremely competitive.

Steakhouse, Japanese, Brazilian and Italian were all excellent. The few negatives are: Theme restaurants are not very good; buffet is much better. The hotel offers guests an extensive array of resort facilities including spacious guestrooms, a spa, a casino, an incredible number of dining options, activity programs for the little ones and a mile-long stretch of spectacular white sand beach.
