I got to checking into the company and so on and of course found out that it was all a scam. We were so angry. Well once again today March 2nd we received another check and boy did this one look real, it even said it was from Progressive insurance company. It all looked legit, but of course we got the letter with the check. They want to deliver a certified check by UPS. and pay an amount of $350.00 at delivery. I was told i won 3.5 mill, $50, 000 cash, $5, 000 a week for life and a 2014 Mercedes Benz of my color choice but before i could recieve any winnings i had to send him $400.00 western union. I know it's a big scam and I'm sick to death of it. I have had to put my answering machine ringer on 4 so they will just hang up. I figure if it's really important whoever is calling will leave a message. Dammit, I am so over it and I am at my wits end as to how to stop this harassment. I have put my number on the Do Not Call Registry but I am afraid that will not solve the problem. For crying out loud, I just want to throw the phone through the wall.I got a call from Publishers clearing house Albert Johnson saying I had won $650K in check, $195k in cash and a BMW. All they need is $395 for processing the legal documents. Las Vegas but my caller id said Jamaica. After telling him I couldn't pay that. He got off the phone to see what other options there are. I got an email with all the details. Mr. Brad Miller -  876-295-6054 - stating I was the winner of 2.5 million. I had to be home at 3:30 p.m. and I would get the check.  Additionally 3 armed guards would take me to the bank to verify the deposit. I win, he stated my name had been drawn and they had missed delivered the check previously and wanted to redeliver. I told him my husband would have to speak to him as he is a police officer and wants to make sure everything is valid. I need to go to Krogers today and buy 2 $500. Money Pak cards and then call him back. He said the car will be delivered Wed.(tomorrow) on a truck, they will unload it and 3 armed guards will follow me to the bank and give me a cashier's check. Then the bank will verify the check is good and then I turn over the two money pak cards to the guard. I live, my bank, my s/s etc when I call him back. I too ask him if my address wasn't on the entry I filled out. (I did not fill out anything) He said he couldn't read the info and that I am a very doubtful person. I told him that I would not be calling him back, but My son who is a Dect. with the local police department would be calling him. He hung up. I did turn them in to the regulartory Commission, the cosumer affairs and the police department. He did tell me the reason I have to pay, $1000.00 is processing & shipping. I am suppose to receive the check and car within an hour. I hung up the phone and he called me back. I told him that I was getting dressed and getting ready to go to the bank. I am leaving  to get money so I can purchase items for my house. He said he'd fax my lawyer the info as it's legit. I then googled to see if anyone else heard of Megamillions sweepstakes. My lawyer and I are still waiting on the paperwork, not sure it's coming. Jamaica. I don't think I will be doing it since I read all these posts.I also have any any calls for the past 2 days saying that I won 3. 6,000,000 dollars and 100,000 dollars cash in a brand new car. I need to give them a moneypak card was 5000 dollars. I told him I did not have it so he called me back later and told me that I could give him half of that amount. Well now I'm down down to 500 dollars and a moneypak God and He will deliver me all my winnings by 4 o'clock this afternoon. These people need to be stopped this is not fair how do they get our phone numbers. That the Gov. has taken out their taxes which left 8.5 million. Tony claimed he was the President of the company and this was not a SCAM. He wanted us to pay  $199.00 to covers some fees. This is just one of the many times some one from this company has called. This guy gave me a ID# I was supposed to use. When I asked him how I was picked as I hadn't entered any contest, he said they just chose a zip code & then my name. He also said they had 4 other names from Mich. that were winners. I told him I had to go to the doctor, but I didn't think I could get the money together today. He did call & I didn't answer it & he left a message saying he would call back. My phone rang 4 more times during the next 15 minutes, but nobody left a message this time. The one call said it was from Jamaca & the other ones said private caller.
