The agent who sold the policy was extremely helpful and it never seemed like they didn’t want to pay just they wanted the proper paperwork. I have had 4 surgeries in that time frame, I realize Aflac won't pay for maternity leave unless your due date is 10 mths past your policy start date, because my paperwork from the doctor was dated a day off so I had to resubmit.
