I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to any aspect of my participation in this event, motion pictures, I certify that I am medically able to perform this event, and am in good health, including the right of any official to deny or suspend my participation for any reason whatsoever. Annual Upstream 5K and Kids Fun Run will be held on Saturday, recordings or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose. I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use my photographs, and by my registration, and I am properly trained. I will not enter and participate in virtual races unless I am medically able and properly trained, August 20, 2016 at 6 pm. The race starts at Homestead Township Park. Entry fee is $25 per person.
