Robins Kitchen replaced it and the second tome I used it the same thing happened. We thought we had bought top of the range, yet it didn't perform as well as some cheapies we've had. The non stick didn't stay non stick and they looked dreadful. Try to claim on the warranty and you are met with accusations of not looking after the product and you have no defence. Exceptional so far after 3 months.I bought this roasting pan as I am a big fan of Baccarat but not any more. The first time I used it, I waited until the dish was absolutely stone cold before rinsing under hot water. The non stick coating has peeled off leaving great big silver spots everywhere. The word Baccarat on the handles started to fade, also while rinsing under hot water. It turned out to be the lid on the pan. It wasn't on the heat i wasn't cooking with it at all. Just all of a sudden the lid shattered into a million pieces. I was unwell on one occasion I put it in the dishwasher, only to find that the stainless steel induction plate was coming off again - after one wash. Not good enough Baccarat. My email to them didn't get any response. The store (House) told me that they would not replace any more if I continued to wash it in the dishwasher. Baccarat. They requested photos and after a fairly long delay I did receive another pan - the Granite griddle pan - in the mail from Baccarat. This pan has a different bottom to the other but I'm not game to put it in the dishwasher. House were outstanding in their support of my problem.I am not happy with my Non Stick Baccarat Frypan. After approx 2 years use food is sticking to it even though we used according to manufactures instructions. I took it back to Robins Kitchen but was told I had burnt something in it so the "lifetime" warranty was invalid. This is simply not true, I bought one for my son at the same time and he's had exactly the same problem. Terrible design, poor workmanship, low grade materials.
